Nell'Agosto 2010 Elisa "Over" De Palma, dopo la separazione dai White Skull (2007-2010, album “Forever Fight”), dà inizio alla ricerca di elementi per dare vita al suo nuovo progetto chiamato SPIDKILZ, a cui stava già pensando da tempo. A fine mese tutti i membri sono arruolati, le prove e la composizione (a cura di Elisa stessa alla chitarra e di Francesco) hanno inizio e il progetto è pronto per mitragliare.
A Gennaio 2011 la band entra in sala prove per la finitura dei pezzi e ad Aprile in 5 giorni registra l'EP "The Ultra Demo", un CD con 5 pezzi di presentazione del progetto musicale, pubblicato il 4 Maggio 2011.
Nello stesso mese hanno inizio i live, che portano la band in varie regioni del centro e nord Italia.
A inizio 2012 la band termina la composizione dei brani che formeranno il primo full length "Balance Of Terror", registrato a Novembre presso gli storici studi della Dracma di Torino, e uscito nel Febbraio 2013 sotto l'etichetta romana L.A. Riot Survivor Records. Intanto prosegue l'attività live (in Italia e in Europa) per la promozione del progetto. L'album verrà successivamente ristampato due volte.
Dopo uno stop forzato di circa un anno, dovuto a un cambio lineup (batteria), gli SPIDKILZ si concentrano sulla composizione dei brani che formeranno il secondo album, che verrà registrato nell'estate del 2019 presso la Tortonia Studio di Poirino (TO). Il nuovo lavoro, intitolato "Threads Are Breaking", vedrà la luce a Febbraio 2020, distribuito da Tortonia Studio in collaborazione con Broken Bones Records.

August 2010: Elisa "Over" De Palma, after the split from White Skull (2007-2010, album “Forever Fight”), starts searching for musicians in order to found her own band, called SPIDKILZ, a heavy/thrash metal project she was already thinking about since some time.
At the end of August all the members have joined the band and the composition of the new songs begins, by the hand of Elisa itself at guitar and Francesco.

- January 2011: the band enters the rehearsal room to put the finishing touches to the first 5 songs which will form the first demo. In April Spidkilz quickly records the EP "The Ultra Demo" in 5 days: a demo CD with 5 tracks to present the musical project, and the CD gets published on May, 4th.
During the same month the band starts the live shows, also keeping the composition of the new songs for the next album.
- September 2011: the french label INFERNÖ RECORDS re-releases “THE ULTRA DEMO” on pro-cassette format, limited to 100 copies for die-hard metal maniacs, actually sold out. Later, the cilean label CANOMETAL (SCUM!! We never got our copies!!) represses the demo in tape format.
The band keeps playing live gigs to promote the new album, playing in Italy and Europe (France, The Netherlands, Germany).
- In 2012 the band finishes the composition of the last songs which will form its first full length Album "BALANCE OF TERROR", recorded in November at Dracma Studios in Turin, and released in February 2013, pressed by the italian label L.A. RIOT SURVIVOR REC and lately reprinted twice.
- In 2017 Spidkilz have to make a break, due to a lineup change. After several months of researches, the band is complete and keeps working on the songs for the new album.
- July 2019: Spidkilz enter the Tortonia Studio (Poirino, TO) to record the new album "THREADS ARE BREAKING", mastered at Number 8 Studio in Santa Ana, California, and out in February 2020, distributed by Tortonia Studio with the collaboration of Broken Bones Records.
